Section 1 - Acceptance of Written Deliverables

After Company shares documents for review, Client agrees to provide feedback, request edits, or approve of content within 10 days. After 10 days, Company will consider the document approved and complete.

This website is operated by Caicedo Careers dba caicedocareers.com. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to caicedocareers.com. Caicedocareers.com offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Section 5 - Confidentiality

Your identity and the nature of your sessions will be kept private from any third parties unless you provide written consent. This extends to any instance in which you refer a future client. Company will not assume that this individual knows you have personally engaged our services on prior occasion, nor will we reveal this to the referee, unless the individual expressly indicates–verbally or in writing–prior knowledge that you have worked directly with us, and that you shared this information with the referee.

There are 2 exceptions to confidentiality:

1.    When disclosure is imminent to prevent harm to yourself or others;

2.    When legal demands require that confidential material be released;

Section 6 - Liability

Company is not liable for any inaccurate, incorrect, or misleading information in the prepared materials; Client has an opportunity to review the materials and approve the entire content prior to delivery. Company will not confirm or attempt to verify information provided by Client and will not be responsible for the accuracy or truthfulness of the information provided by Client. Company is not responsible for consequential damages of any kind that client may incur from inaccurate documents and Client agrees to hold Company harmless from any such liability.

This website provides information only, and does not provide any financial, legal, medical or psychological services or advice. None of the content on this website prevents, cures or treats any mental or medical condition. You are responsible for your own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. Caicedo Careers LLC disclaims any liability for your reliance on any opinions or advice contained in this website.

Section 7 - Satisfaction Guarantee

Company guarantees quality work and commits to supporting each Client in maximizing the effectiveness and impact of any documents produced and counsel we deliver on your behalf. We do not guarantee a job, promotion or other result apart from our counsel or written documents. In engaging our services, you agree that you have full responsibility for building and acting on an impactful job search, career pivot, or professional growth strategy.

Section 8 - Personal Information

In order to provide our Service, you may be required to provide information about yourself, including your name, email address, username and password and other personal information. You agree that any registration information you give to Caicedo Careers, LLC will always be accurate, correct and up to date. You must not impersonate someone else or provide account information or an email address other than your own.

Section 9 - Your Payment Information

We collect payment information for each order but we do not store payment information. We also do not have access to your credit card number or any other account details tied to your method of payment. Your payment information is securely communicated to and processed via our e-commerce software providers.

All personal information collected for an order is used for the fulfillment of that order and to manage our customer relationship with you.
